How to measure

Use a soft tape over light clothing. Snug, never tight.

Chest / BustAround the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, keeping the tape level across the back.

WaistAround your natural waist — the narrowest part, just above the navel. Breathe out normally.

HipAround the fullest part of the hips and seat, with your feet together.

ShoulderAcross the back, from the tip of one shoulder bone to the other.

LengthFrom the highest point of the shoulder (beside the neck) down to where you like the garment to end.

SleeveFrom the shoulder tip down the outside of a slightly bent arm to the wrist.

InseamAlong the inside of the leg, from the crotch to the ankle bone.

Tips for an accurate fit

Stand straight and relaxed; ask someone to help with shoulder and sleeve.
Keep one finger's room under the tape — we add ease for your fit preference.
Length, sleeve and inseam are optional, but improve the match.
